My first car was a teal-green 1965 Mustang! And yes, I surely wish I had it back! It didn`t have original front seats or wheels, and the 289 had been changed to a 302 4-barrel (which absolutely begged to be driven fast!) It was also the first (and only) car I ever received a speeding ticket in.

Really, I thought the goal of driving it was to see how fast you could go -- max speed - 105 on a straight-a-way - no shimmying or shaking!

1991 Ford Ranger...4 banger, 100 hp tops...had to pray on the highway with that thing...blew an O2 sensor on a road trip once and suddenly went to about 8 miles per gallon in a hurry! not to mention the leaks around the winshield...still see it driving around once in a while too!

1986 Toyota Corolla. 50,000 miles. I bought it for $2,900. The paint was in immaculate condition. Back in the good old days when I first started to detail my cars. I used NuFinish for non-clearcoated paint on it, and it really brought the paint back to life. It was bright red. People thought it was a brand new car. (Like the boxy 1980s styling didn`t give it away) It was a good car, but then the mechanic who had to fix this bad pinging actually made it worse. I think he distrubed something and the car just didn`t run right after that. Won`t admit to it, of course. I ended up donating the car to charity

My first ever car was actually my fathers 1984 Mercedes 500SEL. It was in smoke silver & had all black leather seats. I used the car when taking my driving test. Although I failed the test, I passed the second time around. I realy loved that car and it was later given to me as a present.I kept it until 1988 and bought a 1980 Silver Shadow fixed head coupe which was in navy blue.Since then, I have dabbled with a wide range of cars in the Bentley and Rolls Royce range, and will continue to do so. The overall quality of a Bentley today is unmatched by any other car maker in the world.

I wish that I could see what that Mercedes looks like today, it could look great, it may look bad, then again it could be scrapped, i guess i will never find out. Oh well, look to the future that what i say.
