    1. what kind of QD I should use to remove bird droppings on my car that is coated with SG and AIO?

    2. but won`t most QD strip SG and AIO?

    3. and is it necesaary to use QD when you have a bird dropping? won`t the AIO and SG protect the paint surface?

    4. whats should I use? i am not going to use any wax on SG just to let you all know.

    5. isn`t there any QD that removes contamination but not removes AIO or SG?

    thanks ya`ll for the info...

Eimann Fabrik Clear Pearl Instant Detail Spray IS A GOOD CHOICE (SORRY ABOUT CAPS)

    NO

NOT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, BUT IT AIDS REMOVAL. DAMP CLOTH WILL DO THE JOB WITH A FRESH DROPPING, MUCH HARDER WITH DROPPINGS BAKED ON.

Those 2 brands are not available in Australia. I have used Eimann Fabrik Clear Pearl,Meguiars Quik Detailer and Mothers and they are all decent products.

I think Meguiar`s Final Inspection is the best product for you. 1.) It can be used to remove AIO and SG since it has no wax or silicones 2.) It has really good lubricity, so the chances of bird droppings to scratch is less likely 3.) It is very affordable 4.) It doesn`t affect AIO or SG

Meguiar`s Final Detail looks like a steal too! $15.90 for a gallon:

<em class=`bbc`>"Quick spray shine enhancer. New & improved formula to enhance gloss, to quickly remove dust, fingerprints an other contaminants. Safe for paint, plastic, chrome, vinyl & wood veneer. Pleasant fragrance. This product can also be used as clay lubricant. Ready to use formula."[/i]

I agree with BW Meguiar`s Final Inspection is your best bet since you dont use a wax. I would reccomend using Clear Pearl, Crystal Mist, or One Grand Show-off, however as I previously stated since you don`t use a wax, these QD`s would not be practical for you to use....stick with FI.

Why should you remove bird bombs? Becuase if you allow them to dry on your finish, they will eventually etch into the paint and cause a scratch and/or blemish. The Klasse layers will help to slow down this process, but will not tottally stop it.

a gallon of Meguiar`s Final Inspection, just repackaged? I`ve never bought a gallon, so have no idea what one looks like, and the web link calls it "Final Detail".

If it is Meguiar`s that is truly a great price. My local auto refinishing supply store (run by CarQuest, but all they sell is finish stuff, no parts, and they sell mainly to local body shops and pro detailers) can order it for me for $24 a gallon, and I know they sell things slightly lower than regular retail...

    regards,

I don`t know if the "Final Detail" is the same as "Final Inspection." However, a lot of companies such as Meguiar`s simply repackage their <em class=`bbc`>professional[/i] product, change the name, and say it`s their <em class=`bbc`>detailer[/i] product.

Maybe you should try it out, or email the company.

I use Final inspection for my daily QD and use the AIO diluted with water as a QD about every third wash. A couple of capfuls of AIO in 16 oz of water shaken well will restore that just Klassed feel and look then use the FI for daily maintenance.

    What`s the difference between.....

    ....between RIDS and Swirls?

    (AND.......what does RIDS stand for?)
