Speaking of grapes... have you tried "Hi-Temp Grape Tire Dressing", from Top of the Line?

Very good product, makes the tires very black, satin finish, no sling, and that nice grape scent.

I have some. The look is very nice, the grape smell is strong - the whole garage smells like grape juice after application - but its durability hasn`t been great.

Trying new tire dressings is not a sin. I also like different tire dressings, and my favorites out of them all (that`s after trying Blackfire, Pinnacle, Megs Endurance high gloss, CG VRP, Optimum Opti-Bond) are Svissvax Pneu, and Tropi-Care White Pearl. Both make tires looking brand spanking new, and last 2-3 weeks+. If you have tried those two, try `em. You won`t be dissapointed. Both are water based, pretty much like milky water.

The "milky" water based are my favorites. They make the tires look new, as you stated.
