I burned thru the paint on my buddies CTS........

It was his front lower trim and I was using a rotary with 85RD, it only took a few seconds and....bam....!

A two inch line on the leading edge of a corner.....

He was watching while it happened and couldn`t look at me for several minutes. I felt terrible and offered to get it repainted. He refused and told me he had just recently had it repainted and knew his guy could touch that up.....

I learned my lesson and no longer use a rotary for plastic bumpers.....

Todd, that story is an absolute classic. Mind re-telling it? (for those of us who will never see a Cobra outside the zoo)
