I had a 1972 Z-28, last year of the LT-1 motor (350) and besides the first year (602) 1972 was the lowest product run with only 2750 made. Sure wish I had kept that car!
The new one - eh, too pricey and I`m not sure how Guv-Ment Motors will do.

You could buy a REALLY NICE `68-`72 Z/28 for the price of a new one. Lots of advantages to doing that:
1. Historic tags... one time deal, no motor vehicle inspections ever.
2. Personal Property tax (MO) would be about $15 per year. New Camaro - $900-$1000 per year.ut:
3. Classic Camaro = Appreciation, New Camaro = Depreciation.
4. With the old one, you`ve got a classic that most people will "wow"!:notworthy:
Buy the old one.:cornut:
