Exclamation Getting that time of year again.

In PA anyway. Going way below freezing Thursday night. Time to move the detail supplies in a heated space. For me it`s not bad. Right from the garage into the basement. Really hate to see winter around the corner.

Even more depressing to realize your `toy cars` are going to sit idle for the next 5-6 months. I have no idea why I continue to live in the NE part of the country...

Yup, moved all the freezable stuff into the basement this "weekend." It was below freezing last week a couple mornings I left work, so detailing season has come to a close. Also getting ready to park the GTI and SLK for a while. First year the GTI won`t see snow now that I have the 4wd Taco, so kinda happy about that. The old S10 was downright sketchy in inclimate weather. I`ll take the GTI out if the roads have been cleared and dried to get all the fluids warmed up, but the SLK is going to a storage along with the golf cart!

I need to get the radiant heaters fired up one of these days, just to make sure they`re working OK, don`t like relying on the regular HVAC as it doesn`t really heat the shop right. Waited too long last year and had to fix two of `em in the cold with fumble-fingers.

Some very cold weather due here beginning tomorrow night. I guess it`s payback for the very warm weather we`ve had thru October. We`ve had just a single hard freeze so far.

Yeah, this year`s Big Seasonal Change has been weird here too...some perennials are still going strong, lots of leaves just starting to change..looks like I`ll be doing lots of Grounds Work in the cold this year

We had all together over 20" of snow in October and had gotten as low as zero degrees. Now here in November its been really mild. My daughter is having a outdoor wedding Saturday. It`s supposed to be in the upper 60`s. I thought she was crazy when she made plans for a outdoor wedding in November. Who knew, it looks like it`s working out just fine.

    Best wishes to your daughter!

My son is getting married in late January, but even then it should be mild weather here in Orlando.

Just the thought of snow makes my back hurt. We are supposed to be getting some “cold” weather in a few days, low 50’s. Lol.

It did suck getting that cold this weekend. It was in the teens here in my neck of the Commonwealth as I ceramic coated a car in my garage! I hate cold weather!!!

This is the time of year I think about moving south. Until May.

I did, still haven’t regretted it although I might want to move further north in Florida one of these days.
