I hate the cold, but the warm water wash has always been ok for me too.

Disregard - initial reply was for a another cold weather post.
I use the lined rubber gloves from Home Depot. I`m not doing a really detailed wash - just getting the crap off so dexterity isn`t a huge issue.
Duluth is what I have as well. I use their neck gaiter in combination with the Wooly Mammoth hat. It`s a great combination. They work well when working crashes or outside for extended periods. I don`t have glasses, so I can`t speak to Accumulator`s comment - but I could see it happening. I think Duluth has the gaiters on sale.Originally Posted by Accumulator;2149733 Got the last/heartiest one from Duluth Trading Co...[edit

Duluth Trading`s clothing/etc. is kinda funny IME...some stuff is great, other stuff is simply not. Sizing is all over the map too. Despite having medium-large hands, I got their largest winter gloves ("Trigger Mitts" or something like that) so I could wear some light liner gloves inside them. I can *barely* squeeze into them with light liners; these are "XXL"?!?
Glacier bay was having a buy one get one free sale so I bought a pair of the ice ones recommended above and another pair different model for snow removal.
I just finished a wash when I started it was 33 degrees out and my hands stayed very warm dipping them into the cold water to wet the mitts.
Highly recommend.

I was near Harbor Fright this past week and bought those gloves Fishing is modeling in post #12 of this thread. I think they were $7, made by "Hardy". They call them one-size-fits-all and are a bit large for me. I haven`t actually used them yet.
The Clam gloves shown in post #22 are very nice quality gloves. One is leaking already. The gloves are probably just a bit thick and there`s more loss of dexterity than I care for. Very warm otherwise, I`ve used them twice.
Gloves from China are still en route. Target date: Jan 25
