    Trying to order...

    I`m trying to place an order. First there is no way to view my rewards points. I log out, log back in, problem solved. Go to check out and there is no where to enter the sale code...what`s the deal? It`s been a couple months since I ordered anything, but I know there has always been a place to enter the sale/coupon code. Is this an iOS issue, or do you just put it in the comment section now??

    I`ve never figured out a way to use rewards points in conjunction with a sale/coupon code if`n that`s what you`re attempting.

    Kinda disappointing. Fulfillment/Shipping seems to be improving though...orders placed Thursday were already shipped.

    Actually if you redeem it gives you a code, you can just enter that in the comment box and enter an explanation that it`s a reward point code and they`ll give you the credit. Same as you would using a gift certificate during a sale. I mean there is no box to enter any kind of code...

    Interesting. I searched everywhere for it. Maybe I should have used the app instead of the webpage on my iPad.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues checking out. If you can let me know the type of device you are using and which browser, that will help us try to track down the problem. As far the sale, you can either put a note in the comments section when you check out online or give us a call and we`ll get it taken care of for you!

    Sorry for the delayed response. I think it`s an issue of my iPad being too old and not able to do updates on a lot of apps. I`m having issues with some others also, everything works fine on my iPhone 7. Time to buy a new iPad I guess. Haven`t gotten any Apple updates for about a year now.
