    Dirt staining white protected paint

My 2005 Honda Civic has some odd dirt stains that can only be removed by polishing. I polished this vehicle 3-4 months ago and applied Sonax Netshield. I did go about 2 months without a wash and the vehicle sits outside all the time.

I know I should wash it more but is this caused because Sonax PNS can bead so well? I don`t think I had this issue when 845 was applied to it.

These pictures are after a fresh wash.

I don`t have an answer for you but I get where you`re coming from. The negative side of a product that beads well is that it leaves all those tiny dirt spots.

How aggressive are you having to polish it to remove?

very light, i just took a MF towel and HD polish by hand and it came right out.

I tried scrubbing really hard with my mitt/soap and it never came off.

I am thinking this played a big part in it. Has it rained within these two months?

lots of rain! still a bit disappointed compared to my previous experience with 845 on this vehicle though.

I prefer products that bead over those that sheet, and I`ve simply never experienced the issues that can supposedly come from beading. Well, other than the "dirty waterspots after the rain" but those always wash right off when I finally get around to it.

DonBeezy-I wonder whether the Net Shield offers the (perhaps specific) type of protection you need for your situation. Not intended as a slam at the product...

White vehicle, regulars here know what I`d use on it And I`ve never had *any* staining issues even when I repeatedly let white get so dirty that ya can`t tell what color it is, and I sometimes leave it that way for a long while too

I`ll be *REALLY* interested to hear if/how it works out for you, especially given this particular issue.
