This happened Sat night at a local Restaurant in NJ, a mile away from me.
Hoping I can find more photos on Facebook.

if they have my employer for insurance I can follow the clm but who knows
512detail,
Have you ever seen anyone successfully win a civil claim against the at fault party for loss of value on a crashed car? In this case that Lamborghini will have a major accident attached to it. No one is going to buy a 200-300k used Aventador with a crash history. I would guess that crash will depreciate that car 25-50k even if fixed to factory quality specs.
unfortunately they wont let me get into the legal size- I really want to be on the arbitration board but I don`t play well with others sometimes so they usually stick me with some special projects- which is nice but I really want to get out of the `answer the phone` type job here.
I don`t know how repairable that is
looks like the a pillar is prolly crushed, but I`ve never adjusted a car even over 80k so who knows
it might be considered totaled
im sure the valet co has a million dollar umbrella poly
but the explorer - I`d be willing to bet it has state minimums in NJ- which is 5k pd IIRC - didn`t look it up but im pretty sure as I remember CA has the same (5k) and that gets reached quite easily these days

I eat there every so often, but I park my own vehicles.
OMG. Is this a JOKE? Meybee not. Ugh. And, WHY, "in/enduring" nearly 66 years of driving, me have never let any valet service employee (across the US and Canada) even get near my own rides. Parking on the streets has its own issues, but possibly not nearly as scary as some "valet employees"? Why would you hand over your Smart Key to a Ford Focus driver?

That leads into another "issue" about valet drivers being able to drive a vehicle with a clutch-and-manual-transmission. Most young people do not know what a manual transmission is like in a vehicle. I think those of you with manual transmission vehicles should ask valet drivers before you leave to TRY and park your car by turning it off and then see if they can start it and get it moving without stalling it. It`s funny because many newer cars with a manual will not start unless the clutch is pushed in and if the valet says "your car will not start", I know the valet is "ignorant" about driving vehicle with a manual transmission gear box. It`s not-so-funny on older cars that do not have this safety feature that when the starter is engaged without pushing the clutch in the car will lurch ahead or backwards IF the transmission is left in a gear (usually Reverse) and not in neutral. I also set the hand Emergency Brake for parking when ever I had a car with a manual to prevent it from rolling on uneven parking surfaces when the clutch was pushed it to start it. Ever see a valet rev the daylights out a car engine trying to get it to move because that hand brake was set??
