"My Lift Stand" 4 wheel vehicle lift

This seemed interesting. I could not quickly find a price.

Hmmmmm they sent an email back saying that they are looking for a manufacturing partner and they will let me know what the price will be once they start mass producing them. They are not for sale yet.

A great way to get around buying an expensive scissor lift, that are really nice for sure, but they take up space on your floor..
4 - wheel stands = a very small footprint if they stack..
Liking this just remember it will take a few minutes to lift each corner and you have to be able to lift that wheel individually no matter how low the body sits over it..
Hope it makes it to production !
    Thanks Al !!

I saw this thing a while ago. Quite frankly, I think it`s not a great idea.

Most of the time, when your jacking up a car, your doing something wheel or suspension related. You can`t pull wheels with this thing - which eliminates a whole slew of things y need a car raised for.

Who would go through all that just to change your oil? Jack up one corner sky high and be done with it.

Re: "My Lift Stand" 4 wheel vehicle lift

I would not use it to just change the oil. I have drive up ramps I use for that. It is just an idea to get all 4 wheels off and raise it a bit more like to polish.

Possible issues -- need to be sure the parking brake is engaged and the vehicle cannot move. I did not see much of a pocket for the tire.

I have a Bendpak lift but maybe if I saw this, I would`ve held off on it. It seems quick and easy.
Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.

I love that idea. A little too rich for my blood though. I wish it was around $500-$700.

Al, those jacks have been floating around for a while. I believe they were selling for a short time at $250 a pair or $500 for four.

Just chiming in to thank the people who`ve posted stuff on this thread. Since I`m raising the cars up every wash I`m always interested in different ways to do it.

That Quick Jack is especially intriguing, though even I choke up a little at $1300 when I already have so much invested in jacks and stands.

Re: "My Lift Stand" 4 wheel vehicle lift

It only goes 10 inches high on the more expensive Quick Jack model, right ?

While that may be great for working under the vehicle, Im not sure its going to be the best height for serious Detailing, where I would want the vehicle at a height so I can stand and apply pressure to the machine to help remove all the defects that hit the lower portion of panels, etc..

I really see no value for me to sit in a rolling chair and try to apply pressure to lower panels, no matter how low the chair lowers, and you really cant see the work unless you get lower still..

Laying on the ground and trying to use a machine - another pain in the triceps, etc., and not going to work as effective either..

How does one know how long the jacks need to be to raise every vehicle that comes in the door ?? Do the jacks extend longer and shorter ?

Perhaps the scissor jacks and an outright big car lift still win out if they can extend or shrink to the right length of frame rails and raise much higher..

Re: "My Lift Stand" 4 wheel vehicle lift

Jackpoint Jackstands are 12 inches high.. Though shorter than some jack stands, Jackpoint Jackstands provide greater ground clearance when used in pairs because ...
    Eh, not tall enough IMO.

I *will* commend them on having a good idea and bringing it to market though.
