You know damn well you can go to the Click and Brag section here, and the equivalent on a number of other forums and see before and afters, most every one of them achieved through means of those evil compounds and polishes. And you messed up another "your". I look forward to seeing if you`ll hawk another one of your videos in a response.

You do realize that you just backtracked, right? You said that you don`t use "any" compounds or use anything that will "degrade" the vehicle`s clear coat, yet you just admitted that you polish cars with BC-2, which is ABRASIVE. If you`re using anything abrasive on a polisher, no matter whether it`s aggressive or mild, then - according to your standards - you are "damaging" the vehicles finish because you`re removing paint.

I`m curious: since you`re so certain that your technique does not remove any clear coat, have you ever measured the paint before and after you started working on it?

Also, you said that we "don`t understand what it is that you do," but - as evidenced by your pervious posts - you clearly don`t understand what it is that we do. If you think the pros on here are no different than the detail guys on the corner, then you don`t have the slightest clue about what we do.

At this point, I know I`m beating a dead horse because, based on how you`ve responded to other comments, you`re probably just going to rant about something that doesn`t actually have anything to do with te subject at hand and then post a link to one of your videos; but at least that`s off my chest.

Finally, if you really are making around 10k a week, I don`t see why anything that anyone on the forums say would bother you. Apparently it`s not affecting your business...

Wrong! I never once started a thread linking your videos to here or any other forum. I`ve definitely commented on them though when others have posted them on here. I also never went to your YouTube channel and commented or filled it full of spam like you`ve done to mine.

Here is every thread I`ve created on this forum...please show me where I`ve created a thread posting your video(s)....

Rasky1 is the guy that started all this by linking one of my videos to this site. Then 17 of you guys put dislike on the video, before i ever thought about posting on this site. These are their comments before I ever considered making any comments about them. “supercharged”. He says, “first of all the guy is a ````, not somebody I’d trust to detail a car. Second, he is rubbing the **** out of paint with that clay bar using hardly any lube…if he likes it bone dry up his butt, that might be ok, but with the paint it’s different. And he is using a razor blade on the paint? He is defenetely a nerd…I’ve seen some dumb detailers, but this one takes the cake”. . Another member named “Minicoop832″ had this to say, “WTF a razor blade that deserves a slap on the face”. These types of post are just fine for detailingbliss to leave running for years.

I think if someone here could see firsthand the results and if it marrs the paint or not, that would put a lot of this bickering to rest. So why not let someone look at your work and see what`s really going on?

On a side note: there`s obviously a lot more to all this than what most of us know as certain names are thrown around and whatnot. Let`s stop all that and get down to it.

I think it goes beyond that. Jeff comes here to advertise, not share his methods. He appears to know everything already and places himself on a pedestal. He doesn`t respond to any direct questions. Its pretty much like talking to a TV set. IMO the mods should drop his account. A forum is an interactive place, what Jeff is doing is not productive in the least.

Hey, "talking to the TV is not a bad thing!"

We all yell at the TV when watching something stupid, that`s part of the fun, watching the "special ones" do dumb things.

    LOL!

This thread fits that description very well.

    Best reply ever.

Honestly, it`s always entertaining to see Jeff fling poo at everyone here while claiming to be the best at, well...everything. He`s walking, talking ego and can do no wrong. Any effort to EDUCATE him is a waste, since he already knows everything. So the best we can do is sit back and enjoy the crazy.

Man oh man, I sure have missed the forums...

I don`t think it`s so much the blading action but the polishing technique, especially with the wool pad and the crazy fast out of control arm movements that are the problem. I wonder how many other emblems have been thrown off..

All I know is Jeff gave me the confidence to bust out a plastic razor and scrape off dried bonded bee poop.

Not sure about going to town with a wool pad and no taping, going over edges, over trim for the new look, scrubbing the paint with a MF or a falling apart pad on a Porter DA.

BIG difference -- PLASTIC razor blade. Significantly safer than carbon steel.

In all seriousness, I would love to see a write up by Jeff, complete with pictures and painfully simple explanations of his entire process, just so everyone can know exactly how he does things. He seems to want us to know. I know he waxes before "blading", then polishes (that, according to him, is not abrasive at all, so not sure why he does it), then some sort of glaze or wax on top.

How about it, Jeff? A complete write up with pictures explaining your process?

The "wax" provides lubrication for the blade.

The "blade" must be slightly "dulled" before it is used.

This method is very old school and one of the biggest companies in the world that performs overspray and IFO removal for the insurance companies, etc is Detail Masters out of San Antonio, Tx.

They stopped using the method over 20 years ago, once clay came about.

The system they use for IFO/Ferrous metal removal is the ValuGard ABC system.

I know of several situations in the past years where they would be doing 1,000 to 2,000 cars at one job for insurance companies.

And, they go all over the world to do their work, plus they do PDR hail damage repairs for them as well.

While there are tons of "specialists" that do some work, none are as big or old a company as them.
