    Air Wand

Bill D found this and posted it on a different site, and I am wondering if anyone here has seen it or used it? What do you think?

    Re: Air Wand

I looked the wand and it looks like something that I would like to try, but it kind of seems like a gimick.

I did watch the video and it looks like it works well, I use my leaf blower in the same fashion

Maybe next year I might get it, I`m unsure right now. I saw Airwand and at least one detailing supply site sells it.

    Beemerboy,

Yea I thought about it being a gimick, and it probably is. However isn`t it kind of nice that you can hold it in your hand to direct airflow. After all isn`t that kind of the idea behind Metro Air Force Blaster Motorcycle Dryer sold by PAC. I`m just trying to get a feel for what the community thinks.

    Re: Air Wand

I have a Toro leaf blower and like how it works. And, I`m not interested in buying a complete new blower just to use the air wand. That said, I wish Toro offered an "air wand" attached for their leaf blower. THAT I would buy in an instant.

    Re: Air Wand

hey guys, yep that is the other side, they dont mention price so it`s probably at least the $100 retail there as well. Maybe it can fit the Toro, might be worth giving them a call. I just have a dinky little "car dryer" I got last summer so I`d be interested possibly in getting the whole Air Wand

I believe someone did check out a "Toro Option". The answer was "No dice". Only comes as a package with the Weed Eater blower. :nono

BookemDano I do have an E-mail address for the air wand company if you want to check with the directly. Looks like the wand is 40.00 if I`m looking at it correctly.

    Re: Air Wand

I called DetailPlus today and they told me that the Air wand retails for $124.99 + shipping. I think that it costs $99.99 + shipping on www.theairwand.com. I would love to know where I could find it for $40.00.
