    Prima Amigo

Over the long weekend I tried Prima`s Amigo. Conclusion - I like the stuff.

I have a black car that is my daily driver. As most of you know swirls and black are soul mates and it is a never ending battle to keep the paint in great shape.

I had some swirls but nothing major and was looking for something to use that would be even less aggressive than some of the finishing or fine polishes.

From what I understand, Prima`s Amigo fit the bill. With a very small amount of abrasive in the product, the result is a super fine polish, capable of removing very very light swirls, and a glaze that helps fill in those that it does not remove.

I found Amigo very easy to use. I used a Flex 3401 DA polisher and a black pad. It spreads smoothly and wipe off is very easy. It left a nice slick finish, a deep shine, and produced almost no dust.

I followed up with a coat of BFWD.

    My best photo:

    Looks great !!!

Amigo is my favorite polish/glaze. It really does what is says and is super easy to work with by hand or machine. And the finished look is always nice as well.

I agree with Troy. It`s a must have in anyone`s detailing arsenal. I have been impressed with all the Prima Products. The only one that disapponited me was Mystique. It just didn`t seem to suds and clean enough for me compared to other soaps on the market.
