Review - Sonus Trim and Motor Kote - TLC Auto Detail

Dave, I have been using 303 or CD2. The last time i detailed my engine I used 303. But after letting it dry I topped it with permanon. So far it is staying much cleaner and looks great. I wonder how sonus T&MC would do topped with PP as the PP helps to repel desut and dirt and makes quick clean ups a breeze.

Thats interesting about the PP. I have some that Corey graciously sent me to test out, and I haven`t even tried it yet...lol. Might be worth a shot!

The results are amazing. As a newb to all this, what would be a dressing I could use that would be "easier" to use that may get close to the same results if one wasn`t going to use this one.

I don`t think it gets much easier than spray on and walk away. That said if you wanted a similar look you could dress everything with a trim dressing, but I think that would be a lot more labor involved.

Thanks! I have always been a big fan of keeping my engine bays clean. Also with customer cars it`s one of the biggest wow factors to a lot of them since they never even thought of detailing under the hood!

I spent the last hour cleaning and drying my engine thoroughly, I will do a review, and document how it looks as time passes (per hour or so).

Thanks........looks like I`ll add it to my wish list. I have BF tire Gel coming....I might try some of that on some of the black engine parts.

Thanks for the review. I`ve used the product in the past and really didn`t grasp "Leave it alone and let it dry!" Since I still have half a bottle I`ll have ti give another chance.
