Re: Mini-Review: Prima Hydro Wax As You Dry Spray

Nice review. This is something to look at when the weather gets a little nicer around here. I`ve been using GG SOW and it works as a drying aid and is also cheap, especially when it`s on BOGO but really lacks when it comes to durability.

I added a quick buff with a 3rd MF. (Note - I`m not sure the distilled water spritz was actually necessary but my first drying pass leaves the surface pretty dry.) If worked flawlessly: flashed quickly and left a fantastic glossy & slick finish.
So you did the rinseless process and then while still wet (before you dry), you sprayed the surface with the Hydro and then you dried?

It was in the semi-dry state. I use 2 MFs to dry. The first one removes the bulk of the rinseless (and picks up whatever I might miss from the Bone). I use a medium nap MF. The surface is generally not completely dry at this stage. Then I apply the drying agent and finish it off with a second MF. Note - both of these are 16x16s and the second towel finishes nearly dry.

With the added distilled water, the second towel wound up need to wrung out twice and the 3rd buffing MF was (nearly) dry.
