yesterday, i spoke to jerry at duragloss for some questions. i mentioned car quest didn`t have the product i wanted and was unable to get it..jerry said merry christmas form duragloss i will send you the products you need for a christmas gift no charge!!! needless to say, i was overwhelmed at the customer service from a company who cares for the people...this shows you that the caring of duragloss translates the goodness in their products..i love this company and their products..i consider duragloss a model for other corperations in this country..thankyou so much and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

What a great company. I have yet to use a Duragloss product that I did not like.

Duragloss is one of those sleeper product. Once you have tried it, you will wonder why you never used it before. The cost/results compared to other boutique type products is amazing. Duragloss topped with Collinite is a hard one to beat. IMO.

Everything I have tried from them has been great, but they really need to revamp their labels. Really makes them look generic and dated for such a great product in the bottles.

Nothing beats calling a company with a question and you get the man in the lab that creates this stuff. I was hesitant at first to call them until you urged me to do so and I agree with you Richy 100%.

good to see companys still have great customer service, after dealing with the worst customer service yesterday and today it was a great story to read. cool of a company to give away free product, if i were you id do some reviews for them and forward the reviews to them, bet they would like to see them being put to good use(i know they will be)
