I havent used WG`s yet, but im guessing that if you used the prewax polish enhancer you would have definatly seen better results.

Rabbi is a porn stunt double.....works long hours :lol

I used the detail spray and thought it was good....not Excellent, but a good one.

The polish was/is my favorite for Metallic paints. I guess depending on membim`s color of his car, SSR1 would just give a more "wet look", where as WGPE would give more clarity. By the way Membim, where did you get that SSR1?

I love the WG`s auto bathe. If they lower their price I will get some. If they make it free I will get even more!!

I do what Nick said. I`ll be working 12`s up until the 17th of April. That day I go to an awards ceremony for my daughter who is graduating from college. So it`ll be a while girl.In the meantime take Nick`s word for it. He knows what he`s talking about. I`m with you there Kee!

I`m lovin` that SSR1, Nick. I`ve got a new bottle on order along with some Spray & Wipe, SSR2 and SSR3. I guess I`ll need to get the WG pre cleaner.

I really appreciate everyone`s help on this forum.

    My 2 cents

(sorry no pics my roomate took my digital camera on a trip) -

I got the kit from Dwayne including the wash/pre polish cleaner/sealant.

The wash - it suds very nicely and seems to have sort of an herbal scent (?) I could not quite place it. Reading the literature, it seems that the wash will leave behind a little of the sealant?? - anyhooo - I used my wooly mit and two bucket method. The soap really seemed to cling to the car, almost coating the sections rather than beading up and breaking apart. It was nice and easy to do the car, then I rinsed and WW dried. Once the car was dry, there was zero slickness to my finish though? I have hard water, but when I use 4*Plat auto wash the finsih is slick after drying. I used S&W on the dried car and the slickness was back so I am guessing there was some kind of residue left over - either from the wash or my hard water (but again I don`t get that with 4*Plat).

Pre Polish paint cleaner - I applied this using the PC, meg`s Polish Pad at 3.5~4. I did the whole car then removed with the included blue MF in the kit (very thick and nice BTW and no tags!). The cleaner glided on and seemed to dissapear into into the paint. It left a slight haze and once applied, removed very easily with little residue. It left the finish very glossy and smooth. It seemed to darken the finish a little (unlike AIO which does not but makes the finish really clear). Over all it was easy to apply and remove and no muss/no fuss.

Sealant - I applied it with PC and Meg`s soft buff pad @ 3~3.5. The sealant just dissapeared into the paint much more so than the polish. There was little to no effort in working it in as one pass (two max) applied a nice even coat. The application seems to be very forgiving. I was playing with the amount applied and no matter how much I applied to the pad (within reason here - not dumping the bottle out )...the results were the same - even applicaton. I started with the hood then roof, trunk and the body. When I finsihed application I waited 5 minutes then grabbed the second MF included and removed the product. Starting again at the hood, it came right off with little to no residue. Removal of the product left a slick glossy finish that was noticably darker. The product itself is different that UPP or EX. Both UPP and EX seem to dry to a powderish stage. The Wolfgang sealant feit different to me coming off, best anaology I can think of is a little like using Plege on a wood table (not that wet - just more of a "softer" off removal). Just like the cleaner - easy to apply and remove.

The results - Like I said the finish was noticably darker and slick to the touch (not as slick as UPP IMHO, and probably a little slicker than EX). The finish was very glossy and shiney, highly reflective. It`s been very overcast the past few days so I can`t comment on how the metallics look, but over all I am pleased with the results. The finish almost looks like a glaze/carnuba combo - a nice wet look to it. It is definatley different than UPP and EX (where aio/upp give me ultimate pop with my metallics and great shine - and PwC and EX give me depth and clarity and an almost soft glow to the finish).

I plan on getting in one or two more coats this week of the sealant so I can get a good idea of the durability...Overall I would say a nice additon to the choices of cleaner/sealant lines as it give a different result than either UPP and EX.

    Hope that helps
