    Foam Attachment

I ordered a foaming attachment for my Karcher Pressure Washer. I really want to see if it will allow me to wash the cars faster. Up until now I only used the Pressure Washer for knocking off junk that builds up in the WW over the winter. Its a 1500 PSI Karcher w/Brass Pump Head.

What if anything is wrong with this approach:
    Complete interior and Glass Detail
    Rinse car Low Pressure
    Rinse Wheel Wells Med Pressure
Faom Entire Car (Not letting it dry-Rinse after 5 minutes)
Clean Wheels (While soaking for 5 minutes-then finish after rinse)
    Rinse Car
Re-Foam Car and follow with a wash mit rinsing in clear water bucket w/grit guard every pannel?

Is this a less Marring Wash than a 3 bucket Method?

Is there anything worng with my procedure?

How much soap : Water Mixture should I use in the cup or should it be straight soap? I like the thick soap I see in the pictures.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Jeff, the foam is a tool not a replacement ..it`s good for a pre-soak, but it doesn`t replace the wash bucket.
life is short ..do it while you can

What if anything is wrong with this approach:
    Complete interior and Glass Detail
    Rinse car Low Pressure (Okay)

Rinse Wheel Wells Med Pressure (Fine)

Foam Entire Car (Not letting it dry-Rinse after 5 minutes) (I`m a little confused on this part if you are just using soap in the foamer i see no need to do a pre soak. I know a lot of people will do a pre-soak with a chemical cleaner or an APC to knock stuff down. No need to do with soap just let it sit there. IMO of course)

Clean Wheels (While soaking for 5 minutes-then finish after rinse) (Honestly I like to do the wheels, WW, and Rims of the car before i even get the top part of the car wet at all. It helps to prevent water spots just a thought to do them first )

Rinse Car (not now following what i said)

Re-Foam Car and follow with a wash mitt rinsing in clear water bucket w/grit guard every panel? (I would still be using the two bucket method here. IDK why you would stray away from that the mitt needs to get clean somehow )

Is this a less Marring Wash than a 3 bucket Method?

Is there anything worng with my procedure?

How much soap : Water Mixture should I use in the cup or should it be straight soap? I like the thick soap I see in the pictures. (Straight soap the gun will do all the dilutions for you and probably have a dilution setting for more foam or less foam )

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Soooo here is what I would say to do:

    Interior
    WW, Rims, Tires
Pressure wash car to get heavy stuff off
Put on foam gun and spray down car
Get your two buckets and begin to wash
    Re-Foam as necessary
When your done rinse off with low pressure than flood finish

    Hope this helped
