    Anyone Bought This ???

Autogeek Detailers Supply Bag The Autogeek Detailer`s Tool Bag, detailing supplies bag, storage bag, tool box, buffer bag, car care organizer, buffing pads organizer
for $40.00 would it really be worth the investment or should I look at other bags and options to storing my spray bottles, pads, brushes and so forth, my current tupperware plastic bin isnt cutting the cake so i need something a bit longer taller and wider to hold the bulk of my supplies in as little space as possible as i also have 3 grocery bags each with sponges, brushes and gloves, as well as my other microfibers respectively and am going to look for something as i do not have room in the garage or elsewhere for my things . looks like a cool thing to have but 40 seems very steep to me !

cool thanks for the pics, and the more storage compartments the better as i dont want to jam everything into one bag cuz Id just throw it all in a backpack or duffelbag at home but I feel the need to get something specialized for this kind of stuff. a big cooler bag does seem like a good alternative if there is room for other compartments

    Re: Anyone Bought This ???

I have one and I love it for going to the car shows it is made very strong much better than what it looks in the photo.
I would need a lot of them for what I have in my garage but for going to a show it is great.

When those came out back in Jan. their was a thread on autogeek site about them and everyone who had one liked it.
I use the bottom compartment for MF towels instead of foam pads I don`t intend on doing any paint correction at the show.

You might call Meghan at Autogeek. They had some with some flaws that they were selling for $25.

I wished I had known you were looking. I just pitched a Meguiar`s tool bag that looked very similar. It didn`t have the metal frame and that would make this one nicer.

Here is my detailer kit that I travel with when I plan to something. It is an Igloo cooler for $19 at Walmart. I wanted something that in case something leaked I could wash it out. When I outgrow it, I can use it as a cooler.

I have a Meguiars bag but I don`t use it.
The Meg. bag is not even on the same planet as the autogeek bag.

I`m betting they`ve made a number of styles over the years. The one I had was pretty heavy duty. I just didn`t use it.

    Re: Anyone Bought This ???

so apparently the bag is worth the 40 bucks then .. i might be shelling out the money to see what its about and i know is definately bigger than what i have now, but still probably wont hold everything I own currently. we will see i guess.

can anyone put up some pics of the inside contents of their bags showing storage capacity, mostly I am looking to store all of my spray bottles, and cleaners etc and not too worry about keeping my brushes in there and the small things, going to be used to store all my larger items and some microfibers/pads

(Edited: improper place for the use of diety) u could open up a black market store in your garage LOL .. thanks for the pics and it looks like it does hold a fair amount eg. your personal favourites etc the bare minimum etc .

im only gonna be needing it for all my essentials which is about 25% of your shelves there lol maybe not even that much is what i have total .

i guess ill get the bag and see for myself but it looks like it will be sufficient

I have 2 of these bags , and use both of them in both my personal cars all the time . So far i think they are great . Very sturdy in construction . Should last a very long time . Just my 2cents .
