I have a quick question about SSR2.5. Today brings a swirly black 96 benz s class. I would like to level the paint pretty good because the swirls are deep. I will start with an orange CCS pad. Could I use a LC yellow wool blend pad with ssr2.5??

want some unbelievable results? add some PwS to the SSR2.5 on the wool
Assuming that we are talking about using a rotary polisher then yes you will get good results with that combo.
Thanks guys I`ll let you know how I make out! Btw, I`m using my Hitachi rotary.
Steve will the pws take the place of using ssr1 afterwards? Just trying to save time because of the holiday.
I have read that you can use ssr2.5 with a lc white pad and get very little marring.I was wondering if this is true?I think I am going to try this on my white honda but it has soft clear.Does anyone know if this combo is to much for the soft clear on my car?
I think you`ll be fine. I used it on my Integra before without any issues. It really just depends on how bad you car is.
I use 2.5 with a yellow polishing, with good results
