Thumbs up Quickie Review: Sonus Der Wunder Drying Towel

    Availability: Available online.

    Packaging:
Came packaged in a two-fer bundle in clear plastic. There is a tag on the towel, sewn into the edging. Generally that`s a big negative in my book, but it came out very easily.

    Price:
$24.00 for two. Twelve bones per towel.

Directions: No real directions came in the packaging. It`s a drying towel, take it for what it`s worth.

Product: Plush and soft blue waffle weave towel. Did I mention plush and soft?

Usage: I used it to dry my vehicle after a wash (surprise!). Blotted with it, and followed up with the other towel for final drying.

Conclusion: A very good towel. I was surprised at how well it did, and I`m not a waffle weave kind of guy. I`d recommend these towels to anyone looking for a nice waffle weave drying towel.

I contemplated about posting even a quick review about this product because it is a "competitor site to DC", but I felt that it worked so nicely that I had to say something good about it. I`m a guy that will use just about anything once, and I feel that DC is an open-minded place.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.

Although these are not my favorite threads because they are reviews of competitors products. I want to keep DC an open discussion forum so I allow these kind of threads on a case by case basis. They will not be allowed by new members that haven`t posted about much else. In other words, only members who we believe are not being compensated for product reviews will be allowed to post reviews like this.

This is so we can not only protect our sponsors but also protect our members (as best we can) from reviews that are paid for in some way which would diminish the value of the post.

Thanks Troy. I will say that I bought the towels with a gift certificate that I won, but other than that I have no interest in pushing any products. Just like to share my thoughts on new products that I get to try. With that being said, if anyone needs a tester who would be willing to write reviews (unbiased of course), I know this guy.....
