    Thumbs up Trade Secret Testimonial

    Hey Guys,

I just wanted to reiterate how much TOL`s Trade Secret is the BOMB. I am officially up to 8 coats now, and MAN what a shine! They say that each layer deepens the color...that`s for damn sure!
I`m Frickin` exhausted...but Irene has challenged me to do 10 coats...I MUST PREVAIL!

P.S.-I have almost achieved 0.0% Swirlies!

Sure, it`s shiny, but how smooth is it, and how does it look in direct sunlight?

    Well,

    Steps were:

    Detergent Wash
    Clay Bar
    Detergent Wash
HiTemp Light Cut Polish (Swirl Remover) x 2
    Klasse Sealant Glaze
    Trade Secret Wax x 8

Did you use AIO before the SG. If not how was the bonding process. ?

    Frozen,

I used the Hi-Temps light cut before the SG. Yes, the SG bonds well, but its difficult to remove. The Light cut is strong stuff, and it`s much more work than AIO. I just prefer the use of clay bar and a strong swirl removing polish like light cut to really bring out what my paint is capable of before I seal that shine under that protective layer. I think that using AIO after the Light Cut is unnecessary, and possibly counter-productive.

Keep in mind, my paint ISN`T brand new, and It`s a daily driver. After the SG, wax, wax, and wax some more. Zaino users--beware of the shine! Worth the effort, if you ask me.

    Where to get it:

You`ll be able to find the Light cut toward the bottom of the page...yep, that`s ol` Blue up there again!

    L8R,
    Jeff.

    Boss,

Don`t underestimate the time necessary to apply and remove the TS. Yes, it`s super simple, but time creeps up on ya, especially when you`re kickin it with some friends on a nice day, listening to some tunes while "buffin and b.s.`n" I especially like the smell of the TS. Kinda strange at first, but once it`s on the car the scent is intoxicating--I think you`d agree.

    Bring on SATURDAY!
    Onward to 10 coats!

I challenge the other TS users to layer up as well!

Yep.............. and sipping a "cold one" between each panel also increases the time necessary to apply and remove the stuff!

Again, it looks great. I`ve heard that the TS doesn`t give dark colors any "POP"............... obviously that`s not completely true by the looks of your vehicle!

    Question about light cut

    First off, car looks great!

Question, I bought some Hi-Temp Light Cut to use on a Black Toyota Celica I`m doing next week. Does it work ok with a PC or do you need a rotary to break it down? I have some 3MSMR for Dark Cars available, and which has worked ok for me before. I also have some Einzatt on its way I would like to try real soon. But before I decide which to use, I wanted to get your feedback on the Light Cut.

    Thanks, and again, awesome job!

    SamIam
