    Griots ceramic wash & coat

Curious enough to use this first time today. Cloudy out with no sun. Perfect for the product. I used this in a standard bucket wash. 2oz per gallon of water. Low suds and that is normal. Did 1-2 panels at a time. Then rinsed. Followed this method till the truck was done. Then dried with MF towels. I will be the first to say, this soap impacted a amazing glossy look. And it would be safe to say the protection is serious. As i was rinsing i could see serious beading right in front of me.

But for me it`s just a pain to use. I just don`t wash that way. I foam up the whole truck, then bucket wash. You really can`t use this soap this way. I think they state a 1 min. dwell time before you have to rinse. Never the less, this is a serious soap, and the look and protection it leaves behind from just a wash is stellar.

I may end up using this as my wheel soap. It would do great for me there.

I wash the way you do. I agree about the process required. I`m way too lazy for that.

Yes sir. Make no mistake about it. Outstanding soap, just not for me. Mc Kees 37 makes a SI02 soap that can be used the way i wash. In fact they welcome it to dry on the vehicle. Use it in direct sun. Going to have to try it some time.

I do wash that way, i.e. wash and rinse each panel at a time, but there are times like when doing the roof of our SUV when it would take longer than a minute to complete. That is a really short working time and sounds like it could be really hard to work fast enough to not get blemishes or bad water spots.

I have no shade around my house which shortens the rinse/dry process and it could be made even worse with something like this.

Used this only on the wheels yesterday. Wheels are coated with TWHS Spray coating. I have a smaller bucket for wheel/tire cleaning. Used 4oz. It did indeed do a outstanding job on the wheels. Used with the Speedmaster wheel brush and boars hair wheel brush.
