    Cheapest SIO2 product?

So I stumbled on a product at Advance Auto. Sprayway SIO2 Wax in an aerosol can. Sprayway is famous for their glass cleaner. This just might be the sleeper product of the year at $15. If nothing else, it might be easier to apply to wheels than other products.

Nothing easier than hydro2 or hydro blue type products. Spray and rinse. Sounds interesting thoigh

    During ACC 25% off sales:
    TW Ceramic Spray is $12
    Jescar Bead-It is $13.50
    Griots 3-in-1 is $15

I’ll be curious how Sprayway aerosol performs, if you purchased it?

I saw a mention of that somewhere yesterday; user said it was very streaky and overall not very friendly. No other context though so take w a grain of salt.

    Re: Cheapest SIO2 product?

I tried the Sprayway this morning. I cleaned a set of wheels and then sprayed them with Sprayway. I laid it down thick like I was applying tire dressing. Wiped with a microfiber towel and it seemed to spread fine and disappear. Ease of use was very good. The can says it`s water based so I suspect the durability isn`t going to be extremely long.

I see McKee`s at $80 for 4 oz`s which has a short lifespan once it is open. Will crystallize and harden in a few days and will end up in the trash can. Cquartz is $55 for 30ml. Or pick up the 100ml bottle of CQUK 3.0 and have more than enough to coat whatever your heart desires.

Quick update, after letting the Sprayway sit for a few hours, I hit it with a water bottle and it produced night tight beads. The label claims it contains glass nano particles. Might be a nice product for someone doing express details or as a topper.

Is that McKees spray bottle coating really durable?
