You can just get a starter kit (comparable to what comes with other 2) for $410-440

Dispatch- That`s the conclusion I keep coming to also. Are you ready to pull the trigger and buy one? I keep putting it off...that *is* a bit of $ and I keep thinking that somebody might come out with something else before I even get the iBrid into service the way GG came out with the G8 before I got even an hour in with my Rupes Mini

I don`t have a ton of Italian stuff to make a statement that everything from there`s overpriced. But from what I do have + the Rupes stuff I see, it`s definitely true from what I`ve seen. I have Marcato pasta making tools, all from Italy and all a good 3-5x the price of similar non Italy made products. I loooooove them, awesome build quality but priced just crazy.
They sell the units separate these days instead of purchasing an entire kit.
For example this one. Just keep in mind it is corded rather than being battery powered.

Sounds like your machine has some issues. Have you thought about sending it in to get fixed? I have had mine since it came out and have not had any issues with it. The only issue I had was the poor adhesive on the backing plate and Rupes sent me one in the mail at no cost.

You should really look into Flex`s new wireless platform, from what I`ve seen it may replace my Nano.

Here`s a Flex PXE next to the Diavolo.

John U- Ah, *IMO* that`s a good pic for comparison!
One advantage I have not seen mentioned here that I like is that the head of the nano has a slight angle to it where the others are a actual 90. That gives a little more clearance in certain conditions.

I just found on ebay the one item not in the Flex package...... a 50mm extension...on the way to me. $18.00
