Re: Adam`s Polishes UV Ceramic Paint Coating
Been a few weeks: UPDATE:
Water behavior/hydrophobic properties are very good. Nice tight beading and they roll off the surface like most coatings. It rained the other night and I got to see it first hand.
The vehicle sat with the rain on it overnight and into the next day until the water evaporated. It left a little water spotting, but nothing major. They wiped away with a quick spritz of their ceramic waterless wash.
I will be continuing to update the durability/etc

I asked Guz but would like your opinion too. How do you compare water beahavior to most popular coatings (Cquartz, Gyeon, Gtechniq)?

Re: Adam`s Polishes UV Ceramic Paint Coating
^^^I will say it is similar. Nice beading and sheeting behavior. Surface still feels slick. Car is `dry` after driving it for a bit, the water just blows off like most coatings.
Re: Adam`s Polishes UV Ceramic Paint Coating
whats your take on the slickness? what would it compare to?
Re: Adam`s Polishes UV Ceramic Paint Coating
The more pics I see the more I want to try this. So Adam`s also has a pro only coating that you have to go to their HQ and take a class and get certified to be able to buy. There`s zero info on it, even from Adams. I wonder what the differences are.

It`s not super slick, but not `tacky` either. So far performance has been pretty good!

Adam`s has always pushed themselves as a enthusiasts brand. But lately they started to offer some of their products in a pro line and now this coating. If the UV coating winds up being as good as they claim, I gotta see a review of this. But I doubt that any of the pro detailers on here are going to go get certified on it though.
I suppose since I`ll never be able to buy it I should probably just try and forget about it lol.

Given that B&B Blending, the folks who make Jade coatings blends the Adams coating it would not surprise me if it is similar to the Jade Quartz Pro coating.
