Re: Review - CarPro Elixir Quick Detailer

First wash since application. Beading looks good. Sheeting is also good.

    Mike:
Thanks for the review. Fills in what few blank spots I had about EliXir based on our PMing.

Still have some Honey do`s to finish up with before I can use that and the 22ple clay to get going on my car decon.
Already used the Carpro Iron X.

Uh, one last question, Do you think using Reload along with Elixir after I polish and coat the car with CQUK2.0 is redundant or unnecessary?
BTW, already have both items on my shelf.

To answer your question it is not redundant at all. Sounds like a solid maintenance plan. CarPro recommends using Reload one hour after the last coat especially if the vehicle is going to see rain. With us being in So cal, I would probably skip Reload until a few months down the road. Elixir is perfectly fine to use every wash if you like but I would skip it until after the first wash. Elixir is going to leave a little protection behind but it will also leave the surface slick which CQUK 2.0 lacks. Reload will do the same but leave slightly more protection.

    Gotcha. Appreciate the quick answer!

Looks like my game plan is set for finishing up everything on the GS400.
