Pictures of Cars You Would S&W

I`ve noticed alot of people here forego the bucket wash for a S&W wash even if the car is pretty dirty. I usually only do that if the car has been washed a day or two prior and is basically just dusty. Could you guys post some pics of the worst conditions you would use S&W on? This way I can tell if I`m being too much of a wuss. Thanks.

First don`t think of yourself as a wuss
It`s your paint and you have to feel comfortable.
I`ve used it on completely filthy vehicles, yet others will only do a dusty car.
Having enough good quality microfiber, remembering to wipe not rub, letting the product do the work, not your muscles, turning the cloths frequently are all part of using Spray and Wipe effectively and efficiently. I really don`t think others will be able to tell you how far you can go.
    safely.

I only use Spray and Wipe on doorjambs and trunk surfaces. It works great. If I have time to Spray and Wipe an entire car then I have time to use Superslick and Suds. It`s just me. Lots of people on here use Spray and Wipe to clean their cars.

My car is black and I`ve used S&W when its pretty filthy. I`ve learned to live with light webbing. Like steve said "wipe, not rub". Use quality MF`s. and make sure you use enough spray, but you really don`t need to use alot.

I bought two gallons based solely on the good things folks here have said about it. From dust to muck it has done the job every time without fail. Absolutely one of my better puchases. Next time it will be fiver.

I love S&W, and use it religiously to keep my truck clean. I usually use it to do a quick wipe-down every couple days or to remove a sudden onslaught of bugs. Still, I don`t like to use it if I hit a huge patch of love bugs, or if my truck hasn`t been washed for more than a week (or I`ve driven down a long dirt road). For much more than dust, a few bugs, and slight kick up from the tires, I use QEW if not a regular hose wash.

I`ve used it on my vehicles when pretty dirty and had no problem`s, even on my Black Z71 Tahoe. Personally I think it`s the best of it`s kind.

I gave it a shot for an ONR alternative and it`s important to take the "wipe not rub" technique in all seriousness--works great as long as you do it properly but I also only use it on dusty cars; ONR for normal washings

ONR can`t be beat for those days when you take your perfectly detailed car on a country road and get the front end full of bugs and you don`t want to have to re-detail it. Just mix some up in a bucket, get a fluffy microfiber or skeepskin mitt saturated and just lightly glide across the paint (rinse frequently as you would in any wash). Before you know it it is perfect again and it is a lot faster than a full detail.

I do this routine at least a couple times a week on my 911 and it is perfect. I wouldn`t use it on the car when it was very dirty, but I just did the wheels tonight when they were very dirty and it worked great.
