Better, perhaps. It has more cut than FPII. The best way to describe it is that is cuts between FPII and IP (closer to IP) but finishes like FPII (sometimes better!). So you will have to decide if its better.

I did this black G35 with IP/RMG mix, 106ff/RMG mix, Z6 wipedown then 3x ZFX`d Z5pro plus Z8. I use about 30% RMG with all of my menzerna polishes. Increases working time and reduces the dust somewhat.

Many people have been using it for a while now (with very nice results). Considering the size of the bottle, the price isn`t really bad.

Honestly, this is the cream of the crop of polishes. Via rotary and a polishing or finishing pad (pending on paint hardness) @ 1200 rpm, you are in for a treat and a half. I will have to say it finishes just like PO85RD but cuts a little bit more, which I like.

I`ll put it this way...If you don`t like it, PM me, and I will buy the remains off you.

What about the Blackfire polish-is it the same just bottled under another name? If that is true then you could give that a shot for a litte less $, but you get less product too.

Gah I`ll take FPII for the Bulk Detailing work. Otherwise Blackfire Finish Polish is sick!

Ditto, but I like working it 1400-1500 RPM on a red LC Hi-Gloss finishing pad a bit better. It might be the most `user friendly` rotary polish on the market. Once your pad is primed, you hardly use ANY polish at all. 16 oz has lasted me 8+ cars/trucks and I still have 4+ oz left in the bottle.

I once contacted CMA when the new Blackfire Ceramiclear polishes came out. They told me the finishing polish is basically Menzerna PO106FF with some added lubrication for extra working time.

mgm2002, how do you prime the pad for the P0106ff? I have the hardest time priming pads for rotary, the shoot every which way, which is why I have been using my DW443 so much lately. Thanks for the help!

    Andrew

Lay a big bullet style bead (or a quarter, whatever your novelty of choice), then spin the buffer slowly with the outer edge. Work in your panel, then the pad is primed.

I advise against laying product on the pad before buffing.
