Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
Looks great! Cure seems like the original reload...the original reload was supposed to be a topper for cquartz with less durability than it now has correct?
Maybe cure is the original reload that everyone loved?
Does Tac systems make all these products?
I know reload is made in house by carpro now. That seems to be when the formula changed.
Either way looks beautiful!!

Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
CarPro has stated that they make all their products in house. TAC Systems may have held out the "secret sauce" ingredient in the original Reload. I`ve got some Quartz Max which is supposed to be the original Reload, but have not used it. I`m still waiting for cooler weather to schedule any heavy duty detailing. The way it`s looking it my be Christmas before we get cool weather. Global warming sucks.

thank you
I think Fuzion Spray will make a nice debut on this car :)
Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
I used Cure as a drying aid the other day and really liked it. For some reason it become really grabby with my towels on my hood? No idea why or how. Even swapped towels and it felt the same with each. It did look great once done.

Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
Love me some Gyeon Cure. Originally got it to go with the Gyeon Q2 Rim then i actually read the bottle and saw it was good for coating topping on all quartz/ceramic coatings so now it goes on black 2016 Subaru WRX (coated with Wolfgang Uber Ceramic) once a month to refresh things. Makes the car stay significantly cleaner in between washes and gives it the glass-like, sharp coating look.
Topping it with the new Fuzion Spray Wax will likely give it the warmer look of Fuzion vs. the `sharp` look of a coating, likely give water sheeting/beading characteristics of Fuzion as well.
I coated both our black cars back in May with Uber Ceramic, played with a variety of `toppers` on `em (Fuzion Paste, Dodo Juice Purple Haze, Collinite 915, WG Deep Gloss Paint Sealant). Ended up going back to ceramic coating + Cure because of looks and and ease of maintenance.
Wanna try another coating `topper`? Give Kamikaze Overcoat a try...now that stuff is pure magic...unfortunately priced like it too.
We`ll see how it plays out:
2004 black Corvette: Wolfgang Uber Ceramic refreshed once a month with Kamikaze Overcoat.
2016 Subaru WRX: Wolfgang Uber Ceramic refreshed once a month with Gyeon Cure.
FWIW Gyeon Q2 Rim definately worth the time/effort. Wheel cleaning now consists of spraying with hose...all my `wheel/tire only` towels are now nearly spotless after use. No need for wheel cleaners either. Coupled with a tire sealant like Tuf Shine, the crappiest part of washing the car is pretty much hose down and move on affair.
Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
I understand that whatever I put on there, will be how it beads,etc.... BUT I never intend on driving this car in the rain
the only time it generally gets wet is when I wash it
yea, maybe I might get caught up in rain occasionally, but if there is rain (even a chance) in the forecast, I don`t drive it

lol I had about 12 layers of Natty`s applied to the PBLv1 (only lasted 6 months with the pbl v1 before I started topping it. and polished it off at 1 year and 1 day)

Re: Gyeon Cure: Stupid Easy and No Streaks on black!!!
Old thread I know but for what its worth, CarPro Reload diluted 1:1 with water gives me the exactly the same performance (durability, feel, application, streaks) as Gyeon Cure neat. At that dilution if you can tell them apart then you are better person then i am.
It just seems that they both get the bulk product from the same Korean supplier. Gyeon has worked much harder to come up with the best dilution ratio for the every day Joe and has put the extra $ into flashier packaging. They recoup it by charging higher prices for their products.
Cheers

Gotta agree with this. I have CarPro Reload 1:1 and Gyeon Cure side by side. Cannot tell the difference and I love them both.
