^Blue applicator now comes with Gloss Coat. Replaces the yellow foam applicator that came with it initially.

Yes the far right section is Essence all by itself with nothing on it.

I should be able to monitor the car over several months, since a worker here just got the car and is not planning on selling it anytime soon.
Also I did not do an IPA wipe down, I just applied essence, buffed it with a microfiber towel, and then applied the coating over top of it.

Just throwing it out there from my testing. Essence by its self does not have very high water contact angle, I also saw the same kinda weak beading from it. But it stayed that way and didn`t diminish over the coarse of 5 months I was testing it.
