I heard about The Rag Company from someone on another board I post on who asked me if I`d heard of them. Said I did not, he mentioned he knows the owner and if I liked, he could probably get me a sample pack. He did get with his friend and pretty soon I had several of their towels to try. All were really good towels but two stood out and I ordered more, paying with my own hard earned money.`

    `

1.`16 x 16 DETAIL MASTERâ„¢ PRO Eagle Edgeless, which is a 500 gram weight towel (feels heavier though) and is extremely soft. Perfect for ONR and conventional washing.`You do need to wash them a couple times or you may get some light linting the first time you use them. After a few washes, no issues.`

    `

    `

2.`16x16 DETAIL MASTER PRO The Miner: Premium Metal Polishing Towel. Not sure why it is specified as a metal polishing towel, what it excels at is removing polishes. I had some other 350 gram weight 16 x 16 towels I was using for removing polishes but these do a noticeably better job, so much so that my son commented on how well they work...and he usually doesn`t notice stuff like that.`

    `

    `

Another standout was their`16 x 16 DETAIL MASTERâ„¢ PRO Everest 1400â„¢ (Ultra Plush) but its so damn nice I haven`t used it yet. So dense and so soft, I want one in bath towel size!`

    `

    `

Shipping is very fast, ordered at night on black Friday (after 8 PM) and I had the towels on Monday via USPS Priority Mail. I believe if you order more than $75, shipping is free, otherwise it`s $7.00. Really happy with their products and their service!`

Don`t know if you noticed but on Fridays it appears online orders ship free.

A number of these`towels look identical to those I buy at Autoality where the prices for small quantities are just slightly better, but for large quantities the Rag Company seems better.

This mitt` http://www.theragcompany.com/DETAIL-...-MITT-AU-T.htm` works great for ONR washes--I removed the finger pocket stitching so I can stuff a grout sponge into the mitt--holds allot of solution and makes them really easy to handle.

Thanks guys. Placed an order with this company recently and received some free stuff.

The other good thing was my wife liked the towels too and is thinking of ordering towels for our home.

How are these holding up for you Scott?

I`ve been thinking about investing in some of these,

just haven`t pulled the trigger yet.

Are these your current drying towels for a rinseless wash? I was thinking of getting some for both rinseless washing and drying.

    `

And are you still happy with the Miners for polish removal? Any problems using these on a car with soft paint?

    `

    Thanks.

Yes, using the 16 x 16 edgeless for ONR washes and the grey miner towels for polish/wax removal. Both are quite soft. Very happy with the quality.`

Their WW drying towels are superb. Very soft and well worth having several.

+1 for RagCompany, one of the few pure Korean distributors (if you choose the the right ones)

Just placed an order for a plush drying towel, some miners (currently only in black) and applicator pads. They now advertise free shipping everyday.
