DUST & PET HAIR AGITATOR/COLLECTOR VACUUM GUN

    \/Stole that picture

    "A blow & suction gun

    • Breaks down stubborn dirt then suck simultaneously

    • Increases vacuum efficiency and power up to 50%

The Dust Collector Vacuum Gun is a blow & suction gun when connecting with wet/dry vac and air compressor. A

reversal “Tornado-like” air flow breaks down stubborn dirt, then the vacuum sucks at the same time. The Dust Collector Vacuum Gun significantly reduces air duct particle flows during operation and increases vacuum efficiency & power up to 50%. The optimum air pressure operates between 85 and 95 psi. "

This gun uses not only a vacuum, but also a compressor connection. Initally, I stuck the gun to my hand and with just the vacuum on it was sucking. Upon pressing the trigger, not only did my hand skin vibrate but suction was increased. Once the "seal" of the head of the gun was broken it would start to blow air. Therefore, ensuring good contact to the surface is key.

I decided to test this on an interior that wasn`t the worst, but not the best. I also removed the front seats to try to find a missing earing for the owner. At first, I thought that having two tubes connected to one gun would be weird. Fortunately, both hoses were out of the way and manageable.

Knowing that if surface contact is key, I went ahead and used the gun for the larger particles like a normal vacuum. Once the larger stuff was up, I hit the trigger. Since I was using this on a wet/dry vacuum I decided for a certain area to pretreat with Folex. The darker areas in the image. Probably wasn`t needed, but it most likely would have been just as effctive without the moisture for the dirt. Some of the stains could have been improved with a light pre-treating. It was my first time using this gun Also, after using on this carpet the gun needed cleaning. The interior of the gun had some hair stuck on the center post and there was a lot of grime and dirt inside. Luckily, it is very easy to disassemble and remove the dirt.

Here is a slide show, showing exactly how well it works on a floor mat that hasn`t even been shaken out. It has a nice chunk of hair in the upper corner. I can imagine it is as effective on pet hair as it is on Human hair. Click on the link below.

I see this gun being a great tool for future jobs, and I would buy it again without a thought.

    Enjoy! Greg

BTW: I never did find that missing earing after removing both front seats.

Very cool, thanks for posting this Greg. I was looking at these again last night after doing a pet hair removal job yesterday.

My Tornador blow gun and shop vac worked in a similar fashion but I would think having both functions integrated into one tool should keep any of the loosened particles from getting scattered and save time....

Nice. We also use that in our shop. I find it works for some types of carpets and other it doesn`t. None the less, I`m still a believer. The Shampoo Extractor tool is also great, as it shoots shampoo and sucks at the same time.
