Advice on Starfire Pearl for newby!!

Hey everyone! I am totally new to the detailing world other that just applying some wax and washing the car. I have a 2009 Lexus IS 250 with Starfire Pearl. With the awesome advice of Todd from this site I recently purchased the Klasse AIO, Klasse Sealant,and Sonus fine clay and lube. I was planning on applying this all by hand as I dont have a machine polisher. The more I look at the car I notice more and more fine scratches on the front hood, fender (wiping love bugs off of the front) and trunk lid that probably came from towels. Like any one else I dont want to waste time and not get this close to right the first time. I know this is going to be difficult to answer: Is the claying and AIO going to be enough to correct some of these swirls/scratches? I have read tons of reviews on the Klasse product and confident about using it. Just maybe something else I may be missing. Any ideas or history working with this tri-color paint would be great. If you are working by hand you need a glaze. Using a glaze won`t remove the `fine scratches` but will temporarily cover them up

You`ll eventually want to get a DA Polisher
