lexus armrest, CANT REMOVE DIRT!!!

Hi, i know i`m new to this forum but, i have been watching and using it for reference a lot and for the first time...i need advice i cant find

So, here it is:
I was cleaning this lexus 2010 es300 driver side door armrest
i cleaned it with meguiers all purpose (degreaser 8:1 ratio) and new technology brand leather and vinyl cleaner with mink oil - neither did the job and this is what im left with ::



i know a brush would probably take it out, but it would be too abrasive and tear it up i think.... any ideas?

Try the magic erasers, but i have an armrest that looks this this and it didnt do much. But good luck

So your thinking he would need to dye it? I had that advice given to me today also - But i just couldn`t live with that till i was sure! And i didn`t want to hurt it obviously since its not my vehicle.

It looks like the finish is worn off and it needs to be replaced. There is no dirt in the grain of the finish, so it looks like it is clean.

I don`t believe I could have - using the products I listed?It was needing cleaning when I got there, and when I used the all purpose it seemed to clean the whole door but leave that area the same - if not a little more noticeable because the whole door was cleaned. As others said an from the pictures , showing where his arm sat, it does believe to be worn in my opinion also. Just needed clarification

Looks like to me also. But hard to say from photos. Try using Optimum Power Clean.

and a soft tooth brush. That`s years of grime on the door pull.

looks like it was rubbed very hard with towel and removed finish. like when you learn not to buff to close to the edge of a door panel. did i say that

It could have been damaged and re dyed before. Some vinyl coatings are pretty delicate. A strong clean and rubbing can easily remove the coating.

You can but thats not a stain, As Todd said, thats completely worn.

I always use integrated attachments to utilize my machines, If you pay for a top notch polisher you might as well get the most out of it.

Check these out, I use the long brush more just because you have to be gentle at high rpms.
