protectant recommendations for bare cast aluminum

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a product for cast aluminum. The car isn`t a daily driver but I could see this attracting a lot of dust and dirt. Because the supercharger is rough cast there are tons of places for it to accumulate. So far I have just been using the air compressor and blowing the dust off.

I would try Sonus Trim & Motor Kote.

Here is an excellent instrunctional how-to for this product:

That doesn`t look like raw aluminum. Painted?

Nope it`s bare aluminum, I had the displeasure of allowing a cleaner to sit to long and it left etching marks. So I have no choice but to use an aluminum "etching" cleaner to even up the finish. If you look at the aluminum engine block, thats what the supercharger used to look like. It looks light and white because it is EXTREMELY clean. Remember this is also cast aluminum not machined like some rims and accessories.
