Thank you all for your kind comments!
I can assure that the owner is very happy with the results.
Beautiful car. For me its a toss up between the 993 and the 964 as to which is the best looking 911. Those are my favorite Porsche wheels too.
Awesome work! I did not know that you could achieve such wetness and gloss with 3M`s paste wax.

Thanks a bunch, guys!
3M products are kinda sleepers. They aren`t as sexy or at least as hyped as many other products, but all of the ones I`ve tried have been solid performers.
Their paste wax is really nice to work with. It has a pina colada smell to it reminescent of Souveran. As far as paste wax goes it`s about 8 on a 1-10 scale of firmness. It layers well and sets up in a dry haze like your more traditional paste waxes. As you can see it also gives a nice deep wet look especially when layered and lasts pretty well for what it is.

How long did you wait between each layer of wax?
my question exactly.
The first two were back to back. The third about an hour later. The final three were applied during one day, a week later, and they were about an hour apart.
