Sure looks nice, but let me make one remark, it has too narrow tires for the engine`s power. How much is it, 180HP? And those are 195/65-15 tires aren`t they?

    Great wet look though

JGV, you are correct. I do believe the tires are to narrow. When the stockers are done I am going to see if I can move up to a 215 tire.

    A fellow Passat....:bounce

Looks good, it that the new Stonehenge color? I really like the new GLS wheels, but I can`t believe they are still putting 15`s on them. Are you going to do any "mod`s," like a chip or wheels? I love my car, just wish it had a sport suspension package like they get in Europe.....maybe I should trade for a W8 with sport package and 6 speed!

Do you post on vwvortex or clubb5?

Congrats on the new car and it`s looking good!

Looking good, but VW paint provides a good starting point. Enjoy the Dub.

It is the new Stonehenge color. I am currently saving up for the Hella HID system and the K04 kit. I was going to chip but i decided I might as well upgrade the turbo. The theme on this car is the "OEM" look. I am trying to make the car look as stock as possible ala a "sleeper." Do you think the 19 inch RS4 wheels will give me away?

My name is AntWrig on VWvortex and Clubb5.

I`m sure 17" wheels, 225/45 tires would be perfect in your car

I would love to see that color in person; I was thinking it was lighter than the Silverstone but darker than the Reflex Silver. I can`t comment on the turbo upgrade but I agree; stick with the "stock sleeper" idea. IMHO, I like 16" or 17" wheels for a compromise between comfort and looks....the 19`s will definitely give you away. But it is "your" car and do what makes you happy, you`re the one driving it after all. Oh, I`ll keep an eye out for you on vortex and b5. :xyxthumbs
