Nice work as always. Nice to see a different 22ple coating. I always wondered if you use HPC or Insanity.

    Sizzle Chest:
Did you polish the chrome with that chrome cleaner/polish creme you are beta-testing, or just coat it with the HPC?

Did not know that Honda black could be a "soft" paint or really, the clear coat over it. How do you characterize or what determines what a "soft" paint is like? What special process or methodology do you need to do to properly finish out this paint or maybe what varies for you from a "normal" paint? Kinda like asking a professional golfer how he changes his swing on a drive to slightly hook it when needed to get around a tree or into a dog leg fairway. I know; hard to describe in words and even if you watch it, its hard to duplicate the nuances of the bio-physical mechanics (AKA , grip, touch, feel, and body motion or position)

The Honda CRV looks beautiful. You are truly a black-vehicle master.

    Thanks all!!!

Guz, I do at times. Insanity to me is a great top/2nd coat over Mistico.

Lonnie: I did not. It was in good shape and cleaned up with the wash/final wipe down. Then was coated.

Soft to me is something that corrects easily, with the least aggressive method first. I did not have to bust out the big guns (pads or product) for this paint, so I consider it soft.
