One of 3 legal R34 , Dr Beasley and Modesta

Long time client and friend has owned this about 3 years. Took 18 months to import and legalize his dream car. All correction done with Dr Beasley NSP 95 and NSP 45. Coated with Modesta BC04 and BC06.
    Thank you for looking!

Amazing car, beautiful job! That’s said, I’d have to be Plum Crazy to say I’m in love with the color.

I knew it wasn’t a MoPar color but Midnight Purple didn’t tie into me not being crazy about purples.

Cool color for sure!! What was the overall condition of the car prior to your work, Mike?

Wow you crushed it look like the DR B stuff worked great. How does the polish version compare to Carpro essence which I use a lot for coating cars.

    Mike:
Thanks for posting pics of this epic one-of-a-kind Midnight Purple 2 GT-R V-spec (or was this just an add-on emblem? Did not know if Nissan has a V-spec `edition")

So, it looks like the Dr.Beasley`s N150 compound and N40 fine polish worked pretty good with the Rupes Bigfoot LHR15 MarkIII and Nano I-brid short neck polishers. Would you consider them a "better" compound/polish combination OR as an "alternate" to your other compound(s) and polish(es) OR were you just "experimenting" with them with this particular paint?

Also nice to see the Modesta subsidiary Aenso consumer-available products being used. What other car-care products do they offer that you have tried, other than the wheel cleaner and tire gel/dressing that are in the photos??

(You did not think that Captain Obvious would not have some of his infamous questions!)

Lastly, thanks for posting again. I did miss you and your detailing exploits and pics in your absence/hiatus/sabbatical.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes it is a V spec. The Dr Beasley products are not compounds or polishes. They refer to them as nano surface primers. They have a new type of abrasive that cuts faster than any I have used. Unlike the fillers in the carpro product, these do not fill. I generally am coating a vehicle when they are here, so these are pretty much what I go with. As far as Aenso, they have an entire line of products. Check Aenso car care.

Thanks for the "clarification" . They (Dr Beasley`s) say nano abrasives. I say compounds (big-sized abrasives) and polishes (small-sized abrasives). I do see that from Dr.Beasley`s product info, that these "nano abrasives" do NOT require any surface prep cleaners or wipe-off before applying their (Dr. Beasley`s) coatings, hence the term "surface primers", so that is a time saver. That and the fact that you mention they work quickly and, apparently, well enough to meet or exceed your high standards for surface finish & prep, Mike. Do you know if this nano-abrasive technology is patented or patent-pending?? Sounds like a detailing game-changer if it works as you described for those detailers who apply coatings
