    Nissan Leaf protected with Modesta

Just a few of a new leaf we had in last week. Not touched by dealership fortunately. Polishing done with Griot’s perfecting cream on an orange correction pad and finishing done with Modesta Primer on a black finishing pad. Paint with Modesta BC08, wheels with Modesta BCO6 using the airbrush. Windshield with Modesta EGC and tires with nanolex tire. Thank you for looking!

Re: Nissan Leaf protected with Modesta

While not a big fan of electric cars, I do know they WILL be more commonplace modes for personal transportation. Just not sure where all the electricity is going to come from, but that is a WHOLE other issue. AND, speaking of EVs and Hybrids, our Wisconsin state Department of Transportation passed a $75 yearly surcharge on such licensed vehicles to make up for "lost fuel tax revenues" for road and transportation needs funding. They get you one way or another, but I digress......

Mike, did you use the new Griot`s Garage G9 polisher on this vehicle?? Nice signature pics again (upside-down Modesta bottle)
When you say that you like this vehicle better than "crappy Teslas" are we talking the overall vehicle build-quality OR how much easier it is to detail this Nissan Leaf?

Thank you! Only the G9. Build quality way better than Tesla! Fit and finish the way it should be!

Glad to see you posting your detailing a more "pedestrian" vehicle like a Nissan Leaf. Having owned Nissan Maximas in the past, Nissan does have great build-quality on their higher-end vehicles. Their economy or entry-level vehicles are just as the name implies. Like many things in life, you get what you pay for.

Someone asked what quality is. Mr Edward Deming, the father of statistical quality analysis, said "I know it when I see it."
Achieving quality is a whole different issue.
