He said just make it better

This long time client collects unusual pick up trucks. This 2005 Chevy 2500, was one of the last with a manual transmission and 4wd. He bought it as a one owner out of California. When he got it even he knew it wasn’t right. They also neglected to inform him of the right bed being full of filler, and the left rear door being painted! Budget was not for major correction, but a drastic improvement only. Correction using the Griot’s 21, speed 4 with a microfiber pad and fast correction cream. Polishing and finishing done with Griot’s finishing Sealant on an orange correction pad. Finished up with Best of Show wax. Tires with Griot’s black satin. Trim with nanolex tire. Thank you for looking

[INSERT usual praise for Mike lambert`s work HERE]

Mike lambert- Thanks for sharing this one! I actually enjoyed it more than the more extreme jobs

I *am* a bit curious about the BOS wax, that seems like a short-lived LSP for something that big that`ll presumably get used like a Real Vehicle.

Heh heh, for some reason as soon as I saw "2500/manual/4WD/cool color/one owner" I thought "uh-oh, something`s gotta be off". Just too cool a vehicle to be offered for sale without a good reason.

Thank you! The original owner passed away. The best of show was just to improve looks and fill anything we could. The protection comes from the finishing Sealant. And the owner enjoys waxing his vehicles.

Ah, OK...thanks for the response. I missed the Finishing Sealant somehow and completely forgot that some people enjoy waxing!
