New Lexus, they got worse!

This long time client just purchased this car, his 6th from the same dealership and salesman! They delivered it in this condition, and despite his complaints, no help from them. They did however offer him a silver car, “ so you won’t see the scratches as all black cars are scratched “! He is going thru Lexus corporate for some help with my fee. Correction done using Griot’s correction cream on a microfiber pad,which left a small amount of haze, polished out easily with Griot’s perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad. Refined with Modesta Primer on a red wax pad from Griot’s. All done with the 21, and GG6 with both the 5 and 3 inch pads. At this time we only coated the paint with BC08, trim with Modesta trim coating. Tires with my new favorite, Swissvax Pneu. Thank you for looking! Appreciate it always!

Mike lambert- Any idea why your client keeps accepting vehicles in that condition? I mean..sheesh, I`ve refused delivery over stuff most people can`t even see! New cars oughta be, well...undamaged; one of the things you`re paying for is undiminished clearcoat.

If a salesman would have told me that all black cars have scratches I would have left the dealership and gone elsewhere. I hope your customer takes the car back and shows them a black car with no scratches. Such B.S.

He is in contact with Lexus corporate and hopefully will get some help. You guys need to understand, the same detail company is in almost every dealership around me including Pennsylvania and Virginia. The other dealerships use a company that is worse! This condition is an everyday occurrence!

Understand it`s like a norm around where you live. It`s just hard to get how they can keep on going with what they do. But people want new cars and just take it as is most of them. Hope the customer don`t complain about that it`s no scratches as it should be on a black paint LOL.
