Mike lambert- Thanks for taking the time to respond to my "why do they put up with it?!?". I had wondered whether there was more to the story than met the eye (e.g., "we needed the car *that afternoon* and.."), but I guess not...perhaps your client will get fed up with all the hassling around and expense it causes, but at least you`re getting to work on nice new cars and I guess it`s working out OK for everybody. If the Dealer just doesn`t care, then yeah...simply nothing you can do except go elsewhere, and that can be easier said than done.

I hear a lot of that, “ you do a lot of new cars”. My response is the paint is 10 years old though! These new cars are just as much work as an older outside all its life car! That’s what people don’t understand. Thank you for the kind words!

No, nothing drastic, the Primer adds thickness to the coating.

Thank you! It is the LS 3 something. I’ve offered free training and the Griot’s rep. You got to remember, this is an outside company that trains the workers in how they want it done. Cheap and fast! And the dealership just doesn’t care!
