Ford F-150 in show room condition my butt!

New client who is a referral from a friend. He told me on the phone it was a 2012 one owner with very low miles. He said he babies it and it was in showroom condition. As you will see it was a little rough. And to make matters worse, he doesn’t use soap when he washes! We did teach him how to properly wash after he invested in Modesta! It was a lot of work to get the tree residue out of the nooks and crannies as well as the wax off of the plastic trim, thanks to his son!
Correction done with Griot’s fast correction cream in 2 passes on every panel, polishing done with Griot’s perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad, refined with Modesta Primer on a Modesta polishing pad. Used the G21 and the 6 with a 3 inch pad setup. Coated paint with BC08, trim with Modesta trim coating, wheels were chrome plastic and protected with Griots poly wax. Tires with Griot’s black satin and glass with IGL glass. 2 very long days but we were happy with the results. Thank you for looking!

It looks great. I love that color, I know the photos aren`t doing it justice.

He was not fibbing the before pictures do look like the average showroom condition after the dealers detailers hack it up.

Now it looks like it should.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

I bet it looks amazing in person. I like how in some of the (incredible) clarity pictures you can tell the camera is just like "I... I have no idea what to do here."

My thoughts exactly! Depends on the showroom...

    Looks awesome!
Anytime a client tells me a car is in showroom condition over the phone before I see it I just laugh to myself now and take it with a grain of sand.
How long did the truck take? That is a lot of real estate.

Thank you guys! I had about 8 hours polishing and 2 hours with all the coatings. Interior was just a vac wipe down and windows. Still getting over the back surgery so a little slower.
