It shouldn’t need much it’s new!

This is a new client who wanted the best protection for his new Subaru. He settled on Modesta BC08. He said it’s new so I’d have an easy time with the prep work? As you can see that didn’t work out! He also neglected to mention the repair to the driver door after a parking lot issue. And my thanks to the body shop for the sanding marks and overspray! Correction with Griot’s fast correction cream on a white fast correcting pad, at speed 4, refined with Griot’s perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad. Finished with Modesta Primer on a Modesta polishing pad. Coated paint and wheels with BC08, trim with Modesta trim coating, tires with Griot’s black satin, glass with Dr Beasley. Final wipe off with Modesta M1. Thank you for looking!

Wow what an awesome finish you got on it! Wondering what the owner says know if he thought it looked like new before. The repaint was something he would had said to you. You got a lot of extra work to do. Do you charge more when this happens or is it something you have to take on your own? Or is it an open estimate when you don`t have seen the car before?

Great work and write up and pictures!

Thank you! Since he drove about 2 hours to get here, I didn’t get a chance to see the car. If it would have needed more, as in finish sanding, we would have called him and gave him the choice. But as long as it corrects with minimal effort, I just get it done.

You know you got it figured out when the tires have a hint of a reflection. Beautiful looking Subaru and impressive results!

Looking mint! Yeah on jobs that the client can`t bring it by before hand I give a broad estimate due to reasons like this. Glad to see it corrected easily.

Nicely done with just getting it done! It`s hard to estimate the work without seeing it. And it would be if the customer could take those close up inspection light pictures you are really good at capture. You would have a fair chance to see the real condition. Once more you do a great quality work. Thanks for shareing!
