BTW, after considering your posts about it, when I start getting acquainted with my Boss15, I`m gonna run it a bit slower than I normally would, in deference to your opinion. No, I`m not gonna turn my GG6 down when I`m being aggressive (although I do with small pads, simply *gotta* or it won`t work right), but I *am* listening to you even if it doesn`t always seem that way. Never know so much that I can`t learn more...so I`m gonna take it a bit easy with the Boss15, at least while starting out.

And I do wonder if our different takes on the GG6 speeds might be related to using different pads/products.

All we use here is the Boss system exclusively except for the ibrid. Learned the trick on going slower during the initial days of the Meguiars da system and the first pads separating at higher speeds. Also spent 8 days with Kevin Brown, picked up a few things!

Yeah, Kevin is quite dialed-in. Not that our experiences/opinions *always* the same. Gee, he and I haven`t chatted for ages...

I am simply perplexed about the apparently not uncommon Pad Separation issue, but should it rear its head then yeah I`d figure the combo of throw/speed.
