    Finally got mine washed!

Finally got a maintenance wash done on mine after 3 weeks. Griot’s concentrated wash using the Shine Shop signature edition Griot’s 2 bucket system, blown off and dried using the Griot’s PFM towel and Modesta M1 as a drying aid, then final wipe with M1.
    Happy thanksgiving to all!

I never knew you had a Mopar. Nice ride. Any fitting issues with that hood? I`d like to get one if I keep my SRT.

I couldn’t be happier with it! No fitment issues and the paint was flawless!

I really haven’t done anything much, just cold air intake and removed resonators. Planning on springs this winter.

Heh heh..."finally.." after just three weeks...you Autopian you..if you`d said "three months", well that would justify "finally" for Yours Truly!

wash using the Shine Shop signature edition Griot’s 2 bucket system..
What`s that? I mean...I have the GG buckets, and I use two for wash/two for rinse, but what`s a "Shine Shop signature edition" setup?

We made brackets to join 2 together, possibly being put into production.

Ah, OK...I prefer *those* buckets unconnected, but that`s just me.

You do it side-by-side or end-to-end?

Actually works better than the grit guard system.

OK...kinda figured you did it that way.

How so? No, no..not questioning it, just curious why the preference. I see pros/cons to both (sometimes I want regular 5gal buckets and other times I want the rectangular 6gal ones) but the GG buckets are much better for my larger BHBs and while it might just be familiarity I do prefer those buckets for washing the vehicle proper.

I guess I prefer them *period*, but it`s easier for me to keep track of which bucket is which if I use (color-coded) buckets of each type, setting them up for specific/designated tasks.

    Re: Finally got mine washed!

Not as long, rolls much easier on the larger casters and there is no separate base that catches water unless you drill holes in them.i just put labels on them.
