I agree with him on the working time and dust issue. The only dusting I got was from the pads I have which I guess were not 100% clean as they dusted when they initially spun up.

I definitely didn’t do 6-8 passes, I did two and thought it was pretty impressive for two passes with not much pressure. I did notice it could have easily gone many more passes without adding anything else to the pad.

I guess I should have watched this guy’s vid first as I probably left some cut on the table.

I also agree that this did not gum up on my pad as much as other compounds I have used. Probably the least now that I actually think about it.

Hmm.. stay tuned for my Updated thoughts after I use this again on a red vehicle this weekend.

Your additional thoughts/experience with Master Compound would certainly be appreciated. It`s interesting that in the video he says that using Master Compound with a microfiber pad was one of the best combos he`d ever used. You also chose to use the Urofiber pad in this detail, which apparently was a good choice. I have the Urofiber pads also, but have not had a chance to use them yet. Would love to read some of your future comments about the combination of Master Compound and Urofiber pads...

Keep up the great work and thanks for posting!

I`ve been using the urofibers since the literal day they were available to be shipped to me. I have 4 or5 in each size but only 2 each in the 2 and 1 inch (which I find they`re not really as useful as the rupes blue pad in the ibird)

I`ve used urofibers with multiple different compounds but never tried to "one step" with it... just not my style I guess... then again I`m the guy who uses a coating primer as a Post final finishing product essentially making a two step coating into a three step with the primer stage. Why? because that little bit of extra shine is what I`m chasing for my clients. (edit..ok maybe not for them, maybe for me..I always am trying to one up myself)

I`ll try to document more in my head as I do the next vehicle. I literally had an exact day (24 hours) to turn this around and it took about 16 hours of work.

Hate when that happens. Seems like certain polish and pad combos retain the dust no matter how well you clean them. Or maybe I just suck at cleaning pads

I`m thinking its time to get an air compressor an blow them out after each section pass. It`s just my microfiber (urofiber) pads.

on my 2nd bottle of essence and ive used essence+ a few times
also have gyeon`s primer and clear finish`s primer (as well as pa primer of course)

    good products (the carpro ones)

i choose to do those extra steps
are they necessary? depends on one`s definition of necessary

does it (my chosen method) make a difference, to me, absolutely

im also posting pics/vids with a 3+ year old cell phone

I`ve got one and it`s invaluable when using MF pads. Keeps them cleaned and fluffed up. Also great for interior cleaning.

Re: Polish Angel Centurion + High Gloss in full sun glory

    Great work as always.
I have small 5 gallon compressor for cleaning pads etc for home, between it and brush I`m able to clean uro fiber pads good during a detail. Middle of remodeling my garage now, need to get it done before winter hits here in Ohio.
